Karey Fleming (maiden name Rushton) is the President and founding Occupational Therapist of Health at Work Inc. Karey graduated from Dalhousie University in 1994 with her Occupational Therapy degree. She brings 13 years of experience to her clients providing them evidence based assessment and treatment with a high level of customer service. Karey worked in St. John's Newfoundland for 6 years before moving home. NF provided her experience in the hospital setting completing rehabilitation with clients with stroke, amputation and head injury. She then moved to the private practice sector working with injured workers and orthopedics.

Prior to becoming a new parent, Karey was an active community member, volunteering on the Central and East Pictou Community Health Board for 4 years and was involved for 2 years with Big Brother Big Sisters as a Big Sister.

Richard Fleming is the clinic manager, coming on board in 2005 after he and Karey had their first son, Marcus. Richard retired from Michelin where he was in management for 18 years.

Rachel Chisholm serves as HeathWorks' administrative assistant. She has a strong retail background and excels in the areas of customer service, teamwork and problem solving.
